Accept you don’t have control. You cannot home school your kids, manage online teaching for the first time, sit in quarantine, confront a global pandemic and a sociopathic nightmare in the White House, and then think you’re going to be productive in your work. Please: lower ALL. THE. BARS. Do less. Be kind, to yourself and others.
